Advanced Drama Mock DUI Assembly A Success

Choir Pops Concert 2012: “One Voice, Many Singers”

The Choirs of Marcos de Niza performed in the final concert of the year, Choir Pops 2012. It was two very successful evenings featuring popular music from Jackson 5 to Beyonce to Barry Manilow, and everything in between. Some of the audience’s favorites included Madonna’s “Vogue” with a special cameo apprience by English teacher, Mrs. Benson, performed by A Cappella, a quartet singing Moosebutter’s “John Williams is the Man”, Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive” performed by Advanced Women’s Ensemble, and a mashup of “ABC” and “I Want You Back” by Jackson 5 by Chorale.
